HILLBROW FARM ACCOMMODATION

Here at Hillbrow Farm, we have three different types of accommodation available on-site. These are:

The Ground Floor Room: A room with private access, the Ground Floor Room features a comfortable king-sized bed and en-suite shower room. Centrally heated with decadent double-glazed windows that overlook our historic Suffolk farm buildings, the Ground Floor Room also boasts drink-making facilities, free broadband, and a digital TV.

Please note that this accommodation is accessible for those with mobility issues, but that there are 3 steps up into the shower room that may require assistance.

The first floor Studio Room: On the first floor of Hillbrow Farm is the spacious Studio Room, which offers a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and even a balcony from which you can sit and enjoy the dulcet tones of the sunrise and sunset. Centrally heated, the first floor Studio Room has direct access into the Breakfast Room and also has its own general entrance. Drink-making facilities, free broadband, and a digital TV are also provided.

The Granary: The Granary is an incredible 2-bedroom red brick cottage that boasts full central heating, a patio, and 2 car parking spaces. The cottage has a double bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the other; it’s the perfect choice for families of 3 or 4. Between the two bedrooms nestles a walk-in shower room. The ground floor of The Granary is open plan, featuring a lounge, kitchen, and dining area. The patio has both a picnic and lawned area, and so is ideal for those summer days spent lazing around in the sun. The lounge boasts sizeable, comfortable seating, a Freesat television, and a door leading out into the patio.

This is self-catering accommodation, so you will have everything except for food and washing powder provided for you. This includes bedding, towels, crockery and cutlery, utensils, and more.
